Other doses tested: 3.2 and 4.8 mg/kg bw/d

Route of administration: dissolved in egg lecithin and peanut oil mixture and delivered by gavage

Exposure duration: post-natal day 10 – post-natal day 10 (comparable to human prenatal development from approximately day 1 of week 27 to day 1 of week 28)

Age of measurement: post-natal day 10, post-natal weeks 4, and 10 and post-natal months 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6
